Critical: Authorities searching for missing Richmond man with dementia

Robert Kartheiser, 70, of Richmond, has been reported missing, and because he suffers from dementia, authorities say he needs to be located as soon as possible.

Kartheiser was last seen on Monday at 12:55 a.m. leaving 65 W. Clopton St. in Richmond.
