American Conservative Union PAC endorses Goodlatte

Bob Goodlatte, Republican candidate and current representative for Virginia’s Sixth Congressional District, received the endorsement from American Conservative Union Political Action Committee this week.

“ACU PAC is pleased to endorse Bob Goodlatte in the Republican Primary June 12. Congressman Goodlatte’s lifetime ACU rating of 95 over 19 years of service reflects a consistent commitment to conservative principles on a wide range of issues to conservatives. These include cutting wasteful spending, protecting Second Amendment rights and protecting the rights of the unborn,” said ACU Chairman Al Cardenas. “I urge conservatives to support Bob Goodlatte on June 12.”

The ACU PAC is the political arm of the American Conservative Union, the nation’s oldest and largest grassroots conservative organization. The committee supports candidates for office who reflect the conservative principles on which ACU was founded. The goals of the ACU PAC are to increase the number of quality candidates who share its commitment to conservative principles and to protecting and advancing the fiscal, social and security priorities of the Reagan era.

“My record reflects the conservative values held by many in the Sixth District, so I am honored that the ACU PAC has recognized this district’s hard work in bringing about conservative change,” said Goodlatte.
