Update: Albemarle County Police locate missing 13-year-old girl

Update: Tuesday, 6:34 p.m. Zayla Christmas has been located, according to Albemarle County Police. No further information will be released at this time.

 

Update: Tuesday, 2:51 p.m. The ACPD has been working with Zayla Christmas’s family since she was reported as a runaway. At this time, it is not believed that Christmas is in immediate danger and is likely with people she knows.

First report: Monday, 6:15 p.m. Albemarle County Police Department is currently seeking the whereabouts of 13-year-old Zayla Christmas.

Christmas has been missing since Friday, May 20. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black joggers, and black/red Nike Air Force high tops.
