Albemarle County: Police ask for help identifying suspect in shooting on Friday

One man was shot at Timberlake Park Apartments in Albemarle County on Friday, and police are asking for help identifying a suspect.

The incident occurred on March 20 at approximately 10:14 p.m. at the apartment community near Charlottesville.

First responders located one adult male suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to UVA Health for treatment and has since been released.

The Albemarle County Police Department is asking anyone who might have information or video footage to contact CrimeStoppers at (434) 977-4000.
