The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office announced an arrest in a child sex case on Thursday.
Colin Scott Kelley, 62, of Verona, was actually arrested on Tuesday, following an investigation launched on Sept. 19.
Kelley has been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery of a child under the age of 13 and one count of abduction of a minor.
Kelley is being held at Middle River Regional Jail without bond.
A preliminary hearing has been set for Dec. 2 in the Augusta County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court in his case.
