Richmond Police have identified the pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run on Semmes Avenue on Saturday.
Kristin Tolbert, 26, of Richmond, was crossing Semmes Avenue northbound near the intersection of West 15th Street at 11:31 p.m. Saturday night when she was struck by a vehicle operating eastbound, according to police.
Tolbert was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle had driven from the scene prior to the arrival of officers.
