Girl Scout Open House: Minion Themed Event!
Sunday, August 3
2-4 PM
Verona Fire Department, 304 Lee Hwy, Verona

Open houses are designed for potential Girl Scouts and volunteers to learn more about the organization, its mission, the time commitment and what it means to join Girl Scouts. Registration will be available for all interested parties. Current volunteers and staff will be available to answer questions.

You probably know that Girl Scouts earn badges, make crafts, go camping, and sell cookies, but they also do a whole lot more. They participate in community service projects that help improve their neighborhoods, schools and the planet; take part in outdoors activities such as kayaking, climbing and hiking; and partake in science fun like stargazing, CSI and vet science.

Can’t make the open house? You can still join Girl Scouts at any time. Contact your local Girl Scouts at 540-836-8225 or email [email protected] and they’ll get you involved in Girl Scouting.
