Republican State Senate candidate Dan Moxley endorsed by VCDL-PAC

AFP

dan moxleyThe Virginia Citizens Defense League-PAC has endorsed Republican State Senate candidate Dan Moxley in his bid to unseat 24th District State Sen. Emmett Hanger.

VCDL-PAC Chairman Bob Sadtler said in his release, “Dan Moxley’s campaign aggressively courted VCDL-PAC’s support. While Dan Moxley’s incumbent opponent has long been an ally, and has even carried minor bills for VCDL, he has pledged his open opposition to constitutional carry, demonstrating a fundamental misunderstanding of the concept of individual liberties. Dan Moxley has drawn a clear distinction from his incumbent opponent, and has taken a strong stand for individual freedoms.”

Moxley said, “I am pleased to have earned the endorsement of VCDL-PAC. The VCDL is Virginia’s premier gun-rights advocacy organization, and their endorsement proves my unwavering support for the rights of Virginians to keep and bear arms without unwarranted government infringement. Unlike my opponent, when the citizens of the 24th Senate District send me to Richmond, I promise to stand in the gap against attempted infringement of those rights by government at every level, and consistently advocate for their Second Amendment rights.”
