UVA and Virginia Tech are both in the running for ACC Tournament berths. Chris assesses the teams’ respective tournament chances with a look ahead at possible NCAA Tournament berths for each.

The talk then turns to the majors, with a focus on the streaking Washington Nationals and slumping Baltimore Orioles.
