Credit Union announces promotion of Godbey to human resources post

Melody GodbeyDuPont Community Credit Union recently announced that Melody Godbey of Crimora has been promoted to human resources manager.

“We are excited to have Melody join DCCU’s leadership team as human resources manager. She is a great asset,” said Jackie Cason, DCCU Vice President of Human Resources.

Godbey has been in the Human Resources field for more than 18 years, and served as DCCU Human Resources Generalist for over 9 years. Melody is a graduate of Wilson Memorial High School and attended Blue Ridge Community College. She is a member of the Shenandoah Valley Society for Human Resources Management.

Godbey lives in Crimora with her husband, Marvin; they have four children Connor, Mason, Madison, and Caelan.
