Waynesboro YMCA alum Holly Rilinger appeared on Wednesday on “Katie” to share fitness tips with host Katie Couric.
Rilinger is a former star basketball player at the Y who went on to a stellar career at James Madison University and a pro career that included a stint in the WNBA.
Following her basketball career, Rilinger turned to the world of fitness, where she holds numerous professional certifications and is a contributing editor for Fitness Magazine.
