Gasoline cost calculator saves you money

AFP

The Shenandoah Merchants Association has published a Gasoline Cost Calculator that will tell you how much it costs to drive your car.

The price of gasoline continues to climb and driving to WalMart or other big box store is getting more and more expensive. At some point the money you spend on gasoline becomes a significant part of your purchase. By using the Gasoline Cost Calculator, you may find that shopping locally actually saves you money. Visit the Gasoline Cost Calculator at www.ShopShenandoahVA.com today and find out how much money you can save.

The Gasoline Cost Calculator includes other calculations. It calculates the miles per gallon (MPG) of your vehicle and according to the Shenandoah Merchants Association, the Gasoline Cost Calculator will soon calculate the exact distance between your front door and the common big box destinations like Food Lion, Walmart and Lowes. With an accurate measure of your MPG and the distance you must drive, you will know exactly how much it costs to drive your car.

The Gasoline Cost Calculator was written for a current class in internet programming at the Shenandoah Computer Center. The class meets twice a week for five weeks and the calculator will grow in functionality as the students progress through the class. Surprisingly, the internet programming class only costs $10 for 10 hourly lessons. That’s only $1 per lesson! For more information about this or other computer classes contact the Shenandoah Computer Center at www.townofshenandoah.com/index.php/computercenter.
