jmu logoNo stranger to JMU men’s soccer, Tom Foley has officially taken over as head coach of the program for the 2015 campaign, after serving 12 years on the coaching staff. Just the fourth coach in the program’s history, dating back to 1968, he replaces Dr. Tom Martin, who completed his 29-year stint as the leader of the Dukes with the 2014 season.

“I’ve very excited to be taking over the program that’s been such a big part of my coaching career having been here for 12 years,” Foley said. “I’m looking forward to getting after it with the guys already on the team, to work with all the alumni that have been a part of the program and to get moving forward.”

The announcement that Foley would be the next head coach came in September 2014.
