Jackson calls out Northam on right to work

ew jacksonRepublican lieutenant governor candidate E.W. Jackson is calling attention to Democratic opponent Ralph Northam’s position on right to work in Virginia.

Northam, while in the State Senate, voted against a constitutional amendment defending right to work in Virginia.

“Just today the National Review reported that Terry McAuliffe would not say if he will repeal or protect Virginia’s long-held law and policy of being a right to work state,” Jackson said. “Is McAuliffe hiding his agenda of wanting to end right to work in Virginia? Is Ralph Northam going to explain why he will not make right to work a part of the Virginia Constitution?

“Virginia deserves a lieutenant governor that will stand for growing Virginia’s economy and putting people back to work. I will not hide my support for Virginia as a right to work state and will fight hard for policies that keep Virginia the best place to do business.”
