A warrant has been issued in relation to a 15-year-old rape case under investigation in Augusta County. Steven Michael Mullins, 42, of 256 Fishersville Road, Apt. 102, Fishersville, is wanted in connection with the alleged 1994 rape, which was reported to the Augusta County Sheriff’s Office on Jan. 29.
