A group of Bridgewater College students and two staff members will travel to Florida over spring break – not to spend all their time at the beach – but to volunteer as construction workers with Habitat’s Collegiate Challenge Spring Break 2014.

The Virginia Board of Education today unanimously approved an A-F grading system that will assign letter grades to schools based on the percentages of students demonstrating proficiency, academic growth and college and career readiness.
