The Community Foundation presented 10 prizes totaling $100,000 during the 21st annual Dawbarn Education Awards ceremony.

The Waynesboro Police Department arrested a Staunton woman on a single felony charge of perjury. The charge stems from a domestic assault allegation that the woman lodged against her boyfriend in September.
