The UVA baseball team begins ACC play this weekend as it plays host Pittsburgh in a three-game series at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, N.C. Ranked as high as No. 1 nationally, Virginia (10-0) was forced to relocate the series following inclement weather in Charlottesville on Thursday.

The long wait is over, as the UVA baseball team is scheduled to open its home schedule at 3 p.m. Wednesday when VMI comes to Davenport Field.

A group of Bridgewater College students and a faculty member will trade suntan lotion and swim suits for hammers and tool belts as they spend spring break volunteering as construction workers with Habitat for Humanity’s Collegiate Challenge Spring Break 2015.
