The Route 921 (Lairs Run Road) bridge over the North Fork Shenandoah River in Rockingham County is scheduled to be replaced beginning Monday, March 18.

Route 723 (Carpers Valley Road/Old Winchester Road) at the Frederick-Clarke county line is scheduled to close Monday, March 18, for a bridge replacement.

Part of Route 250 (Shenandoah Mountain Road) in western Augusta County will be restricted to a single 10-foot travel lane on weekdays beginning Monday

The following is a list of highway work that may affect traffic in the Staunton District during the coming weeks.

The following highway work is scheduled, weather permitting, in the Culpeper District during the upcoming week.

Part of Route 220 (Hot Springs Road) in Alleghany County remains closed to through traffic due to damage from a slope failure.

Part of Route 758 (Woodstock Tower Road) in Shenandoah County is closed until further notice due to a slope failure that has damaged the roadway.

Part of Durant Road in Covington is scheduled to close for up to 90 days beginning Monday, March 4. The roadway will be closed 24/7 through Sunday, June 2, between Willis Avenue and Thacker Avenue.

Part of Route 655 (Sulphur Springs Road) in Frederick County will be reconstructed beginning Monday, March 4. During early stages of the project, contractors will erect signs, install erosion-control fencing and remove trees.
