A public participation meeting to review a transportation mobility study for the Town of Elkton will be held on January 11.

The Virginia Department of Transportation will install flashing yellow arrow traffic signals at five intersections in the Staunton District beginning Dec. 1. The flashing yellow arrow is intended only for left-turning traffic, and indicates that drivers may turn left after they yield to oncoming traffic.

The Virginia Department of Transportation has scheduled an overnight lane closure for Interstate 81 northbound in Augusta County near Weyers Cave. The left lane will be closed from 8 p.m. tonight (Thursday, October 8) until 7 a.m. Friday morning.
