Bridgewater College will celebrate 135 years of its founding on Tuesday, April 7, presenting three awards during the 11 a.m. convocation in Nininger Hall.

Jerry Greenfield, co-founder of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, will speak on “An Evening of Entrepreneurial Spirit, Social Responsibility and Radical Business Philosophy,” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 16, in Cole Hall at Bridgewater College.

Bernice Steinhardt, president and chair of Art and Remembrance, will speak at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, in Cole Hall at Bridgewater College.

Bridgewater College athletics director Curt Kendall announced today that Don Burgess, head coach of the college’s men’s basketball program for the past seven years, has resigned.

Maggie Stiefvater, author of the bestselling Shiver trilogy, will speak at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, in Cole Hall at Bridgewater College.
