Zion Williamson out for Duke-North Carolina

Zion WilliamsonDuke has announced that freshman Zion Williamson will not play in tonight’s game at North Carolina as he continues to recover from a Grade 1 right knee sprain.

Williamson, who is second in the ACC in scoring (21.6), third in rebounding (8.8) and leads the conference in field goal percentage (.683) and steals (2.2), sustained the injury on February 20 versus UNC.

The No. 4 Blue Devils (26-4, 14-3) battle the No. 3 Tar Heels (25-5, 15-2) tonight at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN.
