Waynesboro will be performing unplanned, emergency infrastructure repairs at the intersection of E. Broad and E. Main streets starting overnight.

Public Works will be doing repairs to the traffic light from 2 a.m. to daylight beginning on Tuesday, March 18. Other repairs are expected to take approximately two weeks.

The traffic pattern for the right turn lane will be adjusted near Fitzgerald Tire. The repairs will involve drainage, curb, gutter and sidewalk repairs and traffic light maintenance.

You may experience some delays when the right turn lane is unavailable during portions of the repairs.

An officer will be on site to coordinate any traffic concerns for the signal repairs.
