Virginia Beach Police investigating shooting death of 17-year-old from Chesapeake

A 17-year-old from Chesapeake was shot and killed in an incident on the 5700 block of Schoolhouse Road in Virginia Beach late Monday night.

Virginia Beach Police were dispatched to the scene at 8:59 p.m.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
