Virginia Beach man arrested in Northern Virginia child pornography possession case

A Virginia Beach man has been arrested on child pornography possession charges.

Vikram M. Joshi, 49, of Virginia Beach, was arrested on Saturday and is being held on bond in Virginia Beach pending a transfer to Loudoun County, where the charges have been filed.

The investigation that led to the arrest initiated with the Leesburg Police Department, prompted by a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
