Vector Industries operations and engineering director David Tanner grabbed 54 boxes of goodies at a recent McKee Foods bakery store shopping spree donated by a McKee employee and the United Way of Greater Augusta.

mckee1“I came up short of my goal, but we were able to make up the difference and send each one of our employees home with a box of McKee goodies,” said Tanner, who had 45 seconds to grab and bag as many boxes of snack cakes and goodies as he could.

“Our thanks to McKee and the United Way for involving us in this. Our employees are very appreciative,” said Chrissy Johnston, the director of sales and marketing at Vector Industries, which is based in Waynesboro.

Vector Industries Inc. was founded in 1969 as an employment and training organization for individuals with various disabilities.
