Chris Graham

fb-plain-lockn-logoMotorists on US 29 and other roads in the area of Oak Ridge at Lovingston in Nelson County are urged to remain alert to possible congestion over the next several days as festival goers arrive and depart from the Lockn’ Music Festival 2014.

As of 8 am, minor delays are occurring intermittently at the entrance to Oak Ridge. However, traffic is moving smoothly at the U-turn and other locations.

Motorists are encouraged to remain aware of changes in traffic pattern and be alert.
