VDOT opening permits offices in Albemarle, Louisa

vdot logoThe Virginia Department of Transportation’s Culpeper District is relocating some of its Land Use staff to provide more localized service to the public.

Staff is now located at the following offices:

VDOT’s Land Use section is responsible for reviewing and processing plans and permits in the localities served. Permits are required for work and other activities on Virginia’s highways, including establishing access to a residence or business and conducting special events that require a road closure.
