UVA football road game at Indiana to kick off at 7:30 p.m.

uva footballThe Big Ten Conference announced today that the UVA football road game at Indiana on Saturday, September 8 will kick off at 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Stadium. The game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.

Previously announced UVA kickoff times and network assignments include the home opener against Richmond (Sat., Sept. 1) on ACC Network Extra at 6 p.m., home game against Ohio (Sat., Sept. 15) on ACC Network Extra at 3 p.m. and a home game against ACC rival Pitt (Fri., Nov. 2) on ESPN2 at 7:30 p.m.

After the first three weeks of the season, game times and TV network selections will be announced weekly with the ACC’s television partners making their choices utilizing a 12-day advance notice beginning Monday, Sept. 10 (for games on Saturday, Sept. 22). ACC television partners also reserve the right to use a six-day selection notice on a limited basis during the season.

Single-Game Tickets

Single-game pricing for the non-conference games against Richmond (Sept. 1-Paint the Town Orange), Ohio (Sept. 15-Youth Day) and Liberty (Nov. 10 – Fan Appreciation Day) range in price from $15 to $50, while ACC home games against Louisville (Sept. 22 – Military Appreciation Day), Miami (Oct. 13 – Homecomings), North Carolina (Oct. 27 – Family Weekend) and Pitt (Nov. 2– University Night) are $25 to $60.

Mini-Packages

Mini-packages provide savings off of single-game prices and allows buyers the flexibility to choose games that best fit their schedule. Fans are able to select packages in groups of two, three or four games. Fans can customize their package by choosing from any of the seven home games.

Pricing for the four-game packages range from $80-$200, three-game packages range from $60-$150 and two-game packages range from $40-$100 – pricing is 12-20% off single-game prices depending selected games and seat location.

Season Tickets

Season tickets are also on sale for the seven-game home schedule, starting at just $99. There is a 20% discount available to UVA Faculty/Staff and UVA Young Alumni (graduating classes of 2014-2018) on the purchase of season tickets.

A more comprehensive season ticket benefits program is being introduced in 2018. The benefits for all season ticket holders include:

  • A V-Sabre clear bag (one per account)
  • A $20 “Wahoowa Ticket Card” towards the purchase of future tickets to home UVA athletics events (one per account and valid for all ticket purchases with the exception of men’s basketball tickets)
  • Preferred pricing compared to mini-package and single-game prices
  • Early access to purchase single-game tickets to home and away contests

Online ticket account management

Fans purchasing tickets in Priority, Prime, Hooville and Choice sections will receive a concessions / merchandise voucher to be redeemed at Scott Stadium ($10-$25 voucher per account based on seat location)

Virginia Athletics Ticket Office

Tickets may be purchased online at VirginiaSports.com. Tickets may also be ordered over the phone or in-person Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office in Bryant Hall. The ticket office phone number is (800) 542-8821.
