Trick or Treat Downtown Staunton

AFP

staunton virginiaBring all of your little ghosts and goblins to the safe and family-friendly Halloween event in Downtown Staunton on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon courtesy of Staunton Downtown Development Association, Staunton Parks & Recreation, and The Children’s Art Network.

From 10am to noon, children can visit the SDDA Witch, participate in a bag craft activity, and join the costume contest on the Sunspots Pavilion on Byers Street.

Also from 10am to noon, children may Trick or Treat throughout the Downtown area. Look for expanded participation this year with events as far to North the Vintage Holiday Marketplace at LTD 7 and as far South as the Depot Grille.

A list of participating businesses and map will be available at the Wharf and at several participating stores on the day of the event, and each store will be prominently using flyers featuring pumpkins to welcome the children in.

See stauntondowntown.org at the beginning of the week for a sneak peek at the map.
