
The investigation continues into a $1.1 million drug trafficking operation at the Virginia Correctional Center for Women in Goochland County.
Three additional people have been charged by a grand jury in the case. Six women, including a former corrections officer, were indicted by a grand jury in October.
Eight new charges were announced by the Virginia Department of Corrections against one inmate and two additional individuals.
Those facing new indictments include:
Rebecca Eileen Frost of Goochland (current inmate)
- one count of conspiracy to deliver narcotics to a prisoner
- one count of attempt to possess, sell or secrete a Schedule III drug
Janice Lee Shenk of Quicksburg (arrested)
- one count of conspiracy to deliver narcotics to a prisoner
Adam Gregory Swale of Seaford
- one count of delivering narcotics to a prisoner
- one count of conspiracy to deliver narcotics to a prisoner
- two counts of possession with intent to sell or distribute a Schedule I or II Drug
- one count of possession with intent to sell or distribute a Schedule III drug

- one count of conspiracy to deliver narcotics to prisoner
Tara Hedges Catona of Glen Allen (current probationer)
- one count of conspiracy to deliver narcotics to prisoner
Brittany Louise Decarli of Portsmouth (current probationer)
two counts of attempt to deliver narcotics to prisoner
Michelle Paige Rook of Glen Allen (current probationer)
- one count of possess, sell or secrete Schedule III drug by a prisoner
- one count of conspiracy to deliver narcotics to prisoner
- one count possession of a Schedule III drug by a prisoner
