All of us here at My Clean Kitchen are excited to introduce the 7 Day Eat Clean Challenge! It’s a great way to start out with a healthier 2014. You will know what’s in your food because you made it, not from a box or a package, from whole, fresh ingredients. Cut out the un-pronounceable ingredients and replace them with words like, apple, tomato, honey, and almonds. In today’s fast paced world we know avoiding processed foods can be difficult. But, with our 7 Day Challenge and meal plan, you can clean up your diet, while enjoying delicious food with your family!
The Challenge includes a 7 day menu with breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner recipes. We also provide a game plan. Because really the hardest part is figuring out how the heck you’re going to do this right? Also, there is a detailed grocery list with an estimated cost per item as well as an overall price for the week. We tried to reuse ingredients in a creative way throughout the week so you and your family can enjoy a wide variety of tasty meals without breaking the bank.
