Major Donna Kinsey, Master Police Officer (Retired), and Survival Mindset Program coordinator, will offer a personal safety seminar at the East Rockingham Senior Center on Monday, Dec. 10, beginning at 9:15 a.m.
This is Major Kinsey’s second visit to the ERSC, and her previous seminar was very well received. In conjunction with Kinsey’s program, Jackie Hensley, Manager of Bank of America in Elkton, will discuss maintaining personal financial safety/security. Light refreshments will be provided by Bank of America. Both programs are free and open to the public.
