Staunton Rotary Club gives out grants to local nonprofits

The Staunton Rotary received its charter in 1920. Its first president was Marshall J. Payne, M.D.. The original 23 members were leaders in local banking, legal, insurance, medical, newspaper, mercantile, and coal mine ownership circles. Today the club has over 90 members that are engaged and active in the Staunton community.

The Staunton Rotary Club is part of Rotary International, which is 1.2 million neighbors, friends, and community leaders who come together to create positive, lasting change in our communities and around the world.
