Staunton Police arrest teen on extortion, child pornography, solicitation charges

A Staunton teen is facing extortion, child pornography and solicitation charges.

Staunton Police arrested Charles McCauley III, 19, of Staunton, on Wednesday, with the list of charges against him including one count of attempted extortion, thirteen counts of distribution of child pornography, and nine counts of child solicitation using a communications device.

McCauley is being held without bond at Middle River Regional Jail.
