St. Anne’s-Belfield School introduces SummerFest 2018 for area families

st. anne's-belfield schoolSt. Anne’s-Belfield School has announced  a new program of activities for Charlottesville area families of children aged four to eight. These students and parents are invited to one, or all, of three events designed to give them time together, learn something new, and make new friends. This summer’s line-up includes:

June 23 – It’s Slime Time!
Take a trip to the slime lab for some squishy, squashy, gooey, fluffy fun. After some intense slime-making, the playground will be open to all.

July 14 –  Namaste & Play!
Sheila of Bend Yoga will lead a parent and child yoga class followed by free play time on the Learning Village playground.

July 28 – Let’s Make a Mess!
Join St. Anne’s-Belfield School Chef Trey Holt for a cooking class full of dough making, pizza decorating, and even some t-shirt tie dying fun. Of course the playground will be open, too.

All class materials will be provided. All interested participants must RSVP at www.stab.org/summerfest, and parents must be present with children throughout the events.

Each activity will take place from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.on the Belfield Campus (799 Faulconer Drive).
