On July 17, eighteen members and staff enjoyed a picnic at Town of Grottoes Park.  The weather was perfect, food delicious & wildlife abundant!  A fun time was had by all.

ERSC enjoyed Tea Party

On July 14, twenty-one members and staff enjoyed an elegant Tea Party!  Special helpers, Jessica & Hannah served members their choice of fruit and/or herbal teas, scones, sandwiches & mini cupcakes. Host, Karen Simmons, daughter of member Sharon Lam, also educated us on tea etiquette & the benefits of tea.  The party was enjoyed by all!

SSC quilt raffle winner

Kay Snyder (left) displays her new quilt with her sister, Mary McLear, both of Staunton. Snyder is the co-owner of the Staunton Braves, and won the raffled quilt from Staunton Senior Center July 12. The quilt was created by the Quilters Group at SSC.
