This fall, the Augusta County Library will be partnering with Allegheny Mountain Institute and Augusta Health to continue a previous program series, Seasonal Saturdays.
Programs participants will have the chance to learn new recipes and taste fresh flavors created with organically-grown, seasonal produce directly from the Allegheny Mountain Institute Farm. The September theme will be “sneaky veggies,” while October will explore “everything pumpkin.” Lastly, November’s Seasonal Saturdays will take a look at soups and stews. Please be sure to register in advance for these programs.
