Seasonal Saturdays at the Augusta County Library

Augusta County LibraryThis fall, the Augusta County Library will be partnering with Allegheny Mountain Institute and Augusta Health to continue a previous program series, Seasonal Saturdays.

Programs participants will have the chance to learn new recipes and taste fresh flavors created with organically-grown, seasonal produce directly from the Allegheny Mountain Institute Farm. The September theme will be “sneaky veggies,” while October will explore “everything pumpkin.” Lastly, November’s Seasonal Saturdays will take a look at soups and stews. Please be sure to register in advance for these programs.

The Seasonal Saturday schedule is as follows:

  • 11:30 am, September 22, Craigsville Library Station
  • 2 pm, September 22, Fishersville Main Library
  • 2 pm, October 20, Churchville Branch Library
  • 12 pm, October 27, Middlebrook Library Station
  • 2 pm, October 27, Fishersville Main Library
  • 11 am, November 17, Stuarts Draft Library Station
  • 2 pm, November 17, Fishersville Main Library
