Here’s a complete rundown of the stadiums and their capacities.

  1. The first venue of the 2019 Rugby World Cup is the Kamaishi Recovery Memorial Stadium also called the Kamaishi Unosumai Stadium. Situated in Unosumai-Cho, Kamaishi, Iwate, several matches will be played on the turf during the 2019 Rugby World Cup
  2. Kumagaya Rugby Stadium is situated in Kumagaya, Saitama, Japan. Right now its only used for rugby union matches. The stadium has a capacity of seating 20,000 to 24,000 people.
  3. The New National Stadium is a diversified sporting purpose stadium in Kasumigaoka, Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan, is general opening and closing cermonies are conducted here.
  4. The Higashiosaka Hanazono Rugby Stadium in Higashiosaka is one of the ancient stadium. Situated next to the Hanazono Central Park, the stadium has a capacity of 26,544.
  5. The Hakatanomori Football Stadium is situated in the Hakata ward of Fukuoka city. It is the home city for Avispa Fukuoka association football club that’s something great to go by.
  6. The Kumamoto Prefectural Athletic Stadium is a beautiful and distinct venue. The stadium has a seating capacity of 32000 people.
  7. The Kobe City Misaki Park Stadium or The Noevir Stadium Kobe is situated in Misaki Park, Hyogo-Ku, Kobe, Japan. The seating capacity of the stadium is 30,132.
  8. The Nissan Stadium, better known as International Stadium Yokohama is situated in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. The stadium has the highest seating capacity with a total of 72,327 seats.
  9. The Shizuoka Stadium ECOPA is situated in Fukuroi City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. The stadium has a capacity of 50,889 and is fully equipped.
  10. The Toyota Stadium is located on the outside of the Nagoya city. The seating capacity of the stadium is 45000.
  11. The Sapporo Dome stadium is situated in Toyohira-Ku, Sapporo, Japan. The stadium has a capacity of 50000 seats.
  12. The Ajinomoto Stadium is located in Chōfu, Tokyo, Japan. The stadium is multi-purpose and is situated at Kantō Mura. The renovated area was previously used by the United States Forces in Japan, in March 2001.
