The ticketing/attendance audit for the Rockingham County Fair indicated that the fair had a record turnout for the 2015 event. During the audit process, it was discovered 2,478 gate tickets were sold on-site but were not scanned and/or incorrectly scanned, according to an email from general manager Jeff Ishee.
