Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Rockbridge County.
According to State Police, a 2024 Kawasaki ZX-4 was traveling north on the Blue Ridge Parkway at 1 p.m Tuesday when the motorcycle ran off the right side of the roadway and struck several trees.
The driver of the Kawasaki was identified as Tyler Nicholas Willis-Buchanan, 21, of Roanoke.
Buchanan was wearing a safety helmet and died at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
