Providence freshman transfer Paschal Chukwu is reportedly set to visit UVA, among the four schools that the former four-star recruit is considering as his new landing spot.
The 7’2”, 220-pound center is also looking at Kansas, Michigan State and Nebraska, according to a report on 247Sports.com.
The Virginia coaching staff is looking to arrange a visit to Charlottesville for Chukwu in mid-June, according to the 247Sports.com report.
UVA recruited Chukwu out of high school.
Chukwu averaged 2.6 points and 2.4 rebounds per game in 2014-2015 for the Friars, shooting 66 percent from the floor in 9.9 minutes per game.
Chukwu would have to sit out a transfer year and would have three years of eligibility remaining beginning in 2016-2017.
