Portion of Route 622 in Rockbridge County closed Oct. 1-31 for bridge replacement

road-work-headerRoute 622 (Chestnut Grove Trail) in Rockbridge County will be closed for a bridge replacement starting at 8 a.m. October 1 until October 31, 2014.

The work zone for this closure is located at 0.45 mile east of Route 627 (Sycamore Valley Road) and 0.25 mile west of Route 626 (Hackens Road). Motorists may use Route 622 (Chestnut Grove Trail) to Route 623 (Farmhouse Road) as a detour.

The VDOT Staunton District serves Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke, Warren, Page, Rockingham, Augusta, Highland, Rockbridge, Alleghany and Bath counties.
