Could it be over? Painting work to wrap Waynesboro downtown streetscape

The 500 block of Main Street between Wayne Avenue and Church Street will be closed Wednesday and Thursday for the milling and repaving. Then, except for some line painting, the city should be finished with the traffic detours.
