Operation Valley Fog drug sweep nets multiple arrests

OPV Arrests as of 1630 hrsThe Waynesboro Police Department, in conjunction with several other local, state and federal agencies, performed a major operation today aimed at drug users and dealers.

The event, entitled Operation Valley Fog, utilized resources from the participating agencies in a sweep to arrest known users and dealers of illegal substances, seize narcotics and gather intelligence for future drug investigations.

Arrested today as a result of Operation Valley Fog (updated 8:10 p.m.):

1. Justin Michael Overton, 33 years old of Waynesboro

  • 2 counts Possession of Schedule I or II Drug (f)
  • Possession of Marijuana (m)

2. Donna Lee Dempsey, 54 years old of Waynesboro

  • Possession of Schedule I or II Drug (f)

3. Thad James McDaniel, 39 years old of Waynesboro

  • Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute (f)

4. Drew Taylor Dunsmore, 31 years old of Augusta County

  • Distribution of Schedule I or II drugs, 3rd offense (f)

5. Kirk Scott Moser, 44 years old of Fishersville

  • Possession of Schedule I or II drugs (f)

6. Angela Nicole Wood, 37 years old of Fishersville

  • Probation Violations

7. Lashana Calloway Kisamore, 32 years old of Augusta County

  • Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute (f)

8. Kimberly Renee Dudley, 37 years old of Waynesboro

  • Possession of Schedule I or II drug (f)

9. Alfred Eugene Hicks, 50 of no fixed address

  • Possession of Schedule I or II drugs (f)

10. Tracy Allen Bush, 43 years old of Waynesboro

  • 2 counts Possession of Schedule I or II Drug (f)
  • Possession of Marijuana (m)

11. Shawn Michael Bredin, 25 years old of Augusta County

  • Possession of a Schedule I or II drug (f)

12. Tamala George, 50 years old of Stuarts Draft

  • Possession of Schedule I or II drug (f)
  • Possession of Marijuana (m)
  • 3 additional drug charges from Albemarle County

13. Rodriguez, Zulueta Yaldelin, 23 years old of Waynesboro

  • Possession of a Schedule I or II drug with the intent to distribute (f)

14. Stringham, Taylor Mills, 34 years old of Waynesboro

  • Possession of a Schedule I or II drug (f)

OPV targets arrested after 4:30 PM on March 18.

  • Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute (f)

21. SULLIVAN,ANGELA LESPERANCE, 38 years old of Staunton

  • 2 counts of Possession of a Schedule I or II drug (f)
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

22. LAYMAN,CONSTANCE ARLENE, 32 years old of Waynesboro

  • Possession of a Schedule I or II drug (f)

In addition to the above arrests, four search warrants for narcotics have been obtained and are in the process of being executed.
