Norfolk Police make arrest in Sunday shooting that left 14-year-old dead

Norfolk Police have made an arrest in connection with a shooting incident Sunday afternoon that left a 14-year-old dead.

Albert J. Sutton, 27, of Norfolk, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, and reckless handling of a firearm, in the shooting, which was reported at 12:36 p.m.

Sutton is currently being held in Norfolk City Jail without bond.
