The Waynesboro Police Department has only three remaining individuals who are still wanted from Operation Valley Fog. Derek and Amy Ackelson have been wanted since mid-October 2014 when they failed to appear for their circuit court trial regarding charges they received in a marijuana grow operation from 2013. Jody Wayne Prather has been wanted since November 2014 on a district court capias for failing to comply with BRCS pretrial supervision. He also netted a felony charge of Possession of Schedule I or II drug which made him a target of OPV.
Two more targets surrendered themselves Monday at the Police Department. Officers arrested Roger Torrance Price and Natasha Tate at 12:30 p.m. today at the department. Each was wanted on a single felony charge of Distribution of Cocaine which stems from a search warrant in September 2014. Price was also wanted in Louisa County on three probation violation charges.
Price and Tate are being held on $5,000 and $2,500 bonds, respectively, at MRRJ.
