The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate 38-year-old Julia Bennett from Dublin.

Bennett was last seen near Harrisonburg on Aug. 7. She was stopped by law enforcement in Harrisonburg on both Aug. 6 and Aug. 7, and charged with multiple violations, and may be experiencing a mental health crisis, because it appears that interactions with the police suggest emotional or psychological distress.

On Aug. 21, a man answered Bennett’s phone, claiming he was a bartender in The Bronx, and that her phone was left there charging.

Bennett is driving a white 2014 Kia Sedona with VA registration. She has a tattoo of a bouquet on her right shoulder and a butterfly tattoo on her chest. Both ears are pierced.

If you have any information regarding her whereabouts, call the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office immediately at 540-980-7800 or call 911.
