Missing person alert: Staunton Police Department seeking whereabouts of 26-year-old man

UPDATE: Cromer has been safely located, according to Virginia State Police this morning.

A Staunton man is missing, and the Virginia State Police has issued a critically missing adult alert to help locate him.

Justin Lee Cromer, 26, was last seen on Sunday at 7:30 p.m., according to the Staunton Police Department.

He is Black, 6 feet tall, 190 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored hoodie with brown boots. He also has a tattoo of a rose behind his left ear.

He may be driving a 2001 maroon Ford Explorer with Virginia plates AEY-7078.

This disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety, according to the Staunton PD.
