Missing person alert: Richmond Police searching for woman last seen in December

The Richmond Police Department is attempting to locate a missing 31-year-old female.

Shantelle Renee Baker was last seen in Richmond on Dec. 18, 2023. Her last known location was near Jackson Ward.
